Horses are very therapeutic and I can honestly say that when I’m riding, it’s one of the only times I focus on only a few things at once: the moment, the horse, and nature. I have one of the minds that goes 100 MPH and it doesn’t do that when I’m with the horses and riding. It is truly a therapeutic escape for me and it could be for you too! I guarantee that you will absolutely LOVE your time with Karen and her horses!
